A short look at Calibration Intelligence.
The Idea

Know when to push. When to pause. When to change direction.

We’re taught to work harder and think smarter. But strengths become limitations when they ignore the moment. Calibration Intelligence is the skill of reading what a situation asks for, and choosing how to respond.

Ambition & Contentment

Drive matters. So does knowing when enough is enough.

Discipline & Flexibility

Discipline builds results. Flexibility keeps them from going rigid.

Confidence & Humility

Confidence moves you forward. Humility keeps you learning.
